Hon Diket Plang lauds and facilitates with Professor Saleh Mohammed Galadima on his appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari as the member representing Plateau State in the board of Hydroelectric Producing Areas Development Commission.
His appointment followed his nomination by the President for confirmation by the Senate to fill the vacant board of the commission.
SMG Kanam is a sound, frank, humble, patriotic and God fearing scholar and administrator who is very progressive in all ramifications . This appointment is indeed putting a square peck in square hole and no doubt shall be a productive engagement in the interest of the nation.
I appreciate our dear Executive Governor and Chairman of the Northern Governors forum, His Excellency Barr Simon Bako Lalong for submitting the name of Prof. SMG Kanam to Mr President for consideration.
May God almighty grant him wisdom, good health, favor and strength in this National assignment.
