Jos, Plateau State – In a heartfelt message released on the occasion of Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary, the Commissioner, Ministry for Budget and Economic Planning, Hon Adams Bulus Lekshak has extended warm felicitations to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, the Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Barrister Caleb Manaseh Mutfwang and indeed all Nigerians.

In a statement issue on Tuesday 30th September 2025 ahead of the Independence day celebration, on behalf of the Permanent Secretary, management, and staff of the Ministry, Hon Lengshak praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his visionary leadership and the Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, for his unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people.

“The Governor’s agenda has set a clear and ambitious path for us to follow,” Lekshak stated, “and we in the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning are fully committed to ensuring its success through prudent financial management and strategic planning.”

He further urged Nigerians to unite in peaceful coexistence and to work collectively towards advancing the progress and prosperity of the nation.

The Commissioner’s message comes at a time when the nation reflects on its past achievements and looks forward to a future marked by unity, development, and stability.
