Eyewitness account reveals that the officers of the NDLEA, who were heavily armed, stormed Jenta Mangoro at about 6.30pm arresting mostly youths who deal in all forms of drugs, including Indian hemp and trample.
No fewer than 15 suspected drug addicts were on Saturday evening nabbed by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcements Agency.

Our correspondent reports that on arrival, the youths tried to resist arrest, but were overpowered by the NDLEA team, which stormed the area in a commando style, picking the youths one after the other.
Jenta Mangoro, which is located in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State, has been a source of concern for both the government and parents as most youths have turned to drug addicts in the area.
Meanwhile the citizens of the area have commended the efforts, saying with the intensified efforts by the NDLEA and the Special Task Force, the community will soon heave a sigh of relief.
Jenta Adamu has been described as the worst slum breeding all manner of drug barons operating with dangerous weapons in broad day light.
It was gathered that these hoodlums have caused the residents of Jenta Mangoro and Adamu some sleepless night ransacking people once it’s getting to 7pm residents fall back with awaiting fear of the unknown.
Our correspondent gathered that the predominant people that live in Jenta Mangoro and Adamu are either retired policemen, soldiers and other civil servants with no single government presence.
However, the area thrives in high level prostitution and armed robbery.
