Hon. Simon Bako Lalong the Excutive Governor of Plateau State as the Vice Presidential Candidate of the APC in the 2023 General election. The group described Lalong as the ideal National figure that will consolidate on the credibility of our Candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu at the poll. His peaceful nature, verse leadership experience and demonstration of religious tolerance peaks him as an indispensable personality that must be included on the ticket to give every region a sense of inclusiveness.In a statement, jointly signed by Senator Emmanuel Ekoja, Hon. Babangida Malabu, the group said Lalong being a two time Speaker of Plateau State House of Assembly, two time Governor of Plateau State who performed incredibly well especially in restoring peace and inter religious torrence in Plateau state and the country at large is a perfect mix that will ensure the party comes out victorious at the 2023 general election.Rt. Hon.
