HON. MANJI GONTORI CONDEMNED THE UNFORTUNATE ATTACK ON PANYAM DISTRICT OF MANGU LGA AND DAFFO IN BOKKOS LGA.

In a heart broken tone, Hon Gontori has expressed his utter shock over the unfortunate attack by unknown gun men in Panyam yesterday 14th June,2020 at a POS terminal in the area where about four people were shot.he also condemned in totality the attack on DAFFO district in Bokkos by gun men where two people were said to have loss their lives.he described it as rather unfortunate at this time when the state and the nation are fighting the war against covid-19.

Hon Gontori commiserate with the people of Panyam and Daffo and pray that such never occur again.Gontori equally call on the govt and the security agencies to do more in ensuring the safety of our people particularly in rural areas which is the cardinal responsibility of the govt.

Gontori further said “we must give attention to the security of lives and property of the people with all seriousness that it deserves as witnessed in the fight against the dreaded global pandemic of covid-19.he charge the security agents to ensure the perpetrators of such heinous act are arrested to face the wrath of the law.”

“God is our shield and I pray that his wings will cover us all to keep us safe and from the attack of the wicked men,was the prayer of Hon Manji Gontori.”
