The Court of Apeal seating in Jos, today, delivered the judgement of Timothy Golu Vs. Rt. Hon. Yusuf Gagdi.

Hon. Timothy Golu approached the court challenging the judgement of the tribunal which earlier dismissed the case for lack of merit.

Delivering the judgement upon citing many judicial precedence on the issue of corrupt practice and non compliance with the provision of electrical act as challenge by the appalent, the presiding judge strike out the appeal as lacking in merit and affirm the decision of tribunal
