Information available to ViewPointNigeria indicates that two people have been murdered by suspected marauders in Gana Ropp as they mined tin in a secluded area of the village.

Both were snuffed out by multiple gunshot wounds to the face head and chest respectively.

The equipment of the dead were still in tact and were not catered away, they included a motorcycle and a water pumping generator which they used for the mining activities.

At the time of filing this report, the identities of the two gentlemen was still unclear, but pictures of the incident had been obtained (see below).

Gana Ropp is a mining settlement in Barkin Ladi LGA.

This recent killing put the dead toll from the last 8 days at 31.
