Forum of past progressives students’ Activist (FOPSA) passes vote of confidence on Lalong and Tyoden, launch VOLATA in a grand style.

A support group / movement of past progressives students’ activist today launches the VOLATA (Vote Lalong and Tyoden Again) Heart to Heart campaign organization. While addressing the gathering, Leader of the movement, Promise Yatu a former National President of Napps on behalf of the group, passes a vote of confidence on the Lalong/Tyoden ticket to run for 2019.

Citing reasons for supporting the ticket, the group Explains that despite the economic recession faced in the country, Governor Lalong have not only completed projects inherited by the last administration but turn the state into a construction site. The progressives remain optimistic that given another chance the “Bank Alert governor “will do more to plateau people. In particular, the group commends the governor for carrying the plateau Youths council along and building strong institutions like the Plateau State Peace Building Agency and Plateau State Small and Medium Enterprise (PLASMEDA) .

Present at the occasion are past students ‘ activist and other invited guest which includes the chairman of APC, the immediate past Commissioner of lands, SSA on youths and students, former house of Reps member representing Mangu/Bokkos, Engineer Hosea wukwa , Silas Vem, Fred Lalong , Mafeng Gwalson among many.

While speaking , on the essence of the group , Promise Yatu equate the movement to the “Biblical great commission” urging all the youths to go and spread the gospel of the ticket and to ensure Victory for the Party come 2019

Chairman of the APC was not left, as he call on the members of VOLATA to quickly swing to action by carrying out the Heart to Heart campaign in their respective Poling units in the Grassroots. He calls on the group to be proactive at all times as the party is sure of victory any time.

The forum adviser and a contestant for the chairmanship seat of Riyom LGA , calls on the past students activist to rise up to the challenge and see they deliver the ticket of Lalong/Tyoden .
