Succour has come to some communities in Mangu Local Government courtesy of Dr Elkanah Garang who reached out to Jipal and Panyam Wards.

In Jipal ward, Dr Elkanah rehabilitated boreholes at Tokbet and Tudun Wada Communities while Nlet community at Panyam received same gesture.

Members of these communities were overwhelmed with joy and appreciated Elkanah for hearing their cries and responding to their needs.

Elkanah has remained focused in providing philanthropic support to rural communities through healthcare, education, water supply and agricultural support as well as Human Capital Development.
