The Court of Appeal in Abuja has reserved judgment in the appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate, Musa Wada challenging the election of Governor Yahaya Bello of the All Progressives Congress.
A five-member panel of justices presided by Justice Adamu Jauro on Monday adjourned the judgment after taking down the arguments of lawyers in the matter.
Lawyers in the matter had informed the court that the appeal will lapse on July 19 which is 60 days from the judgment of the Kogi State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, which was delivered on May 23.
