The bill for an act known as, plateau water. Safety bill 2019 and plateau energy bill 2019 is an executive bill sponsored by the ministry of water resources .
The bill aims to achieve the improvement of water& the energy sector.similarly, the plateau state House of Assembly had earlier on announced a public hearing on the bill slated For 16 April 2019. however, it seems the general public is about to take on the government on the issue.
