The member representing Barkin Ladi in the state constituency Hon. Peter I Gyendeng Was arrested earlier this week by the STF. The arrest continue to generate public debate recently, viewpointNigeria spoke to a constituents on what he feels about the scenario and his responds is thus;
“A true leader is someone who cares for his People. Despite the stress in detention, Hon Peter Ibrahim Gyendeng still went back to OPSH Headquarters today to bail his constituent that was arrested since July 17th for just a mere accusation”
He further states that
“We will remain committed to you (2019) as you continue your commitment of ensuring peace and security of our very own Barkin Ladi Local Government.
Hon. Peter Ibrahim Gyendeng we say thank you for your Doggedness and Gallantry towards your people. May God almighty continue to Bless, Protect and keep you for us.”
