Chief Dr. Isaac Kyale Kwallu, leader and Captain of Divine Mandate Movement, on his successful inauguration as Member representing Mikang, Shendam and Qua’an Pan Federal Constituency of the 10th National Assembly.

Your emergence as Reps member is best described as a round peg in a round hole considering your wealth of experience and expertise you garnered over the years, and the great impact you made as the Executive Chairman, Qua’an Pan Local Government Area.
