THE TIME FOR JUSTICE OR INJUSTICE TO SUCCEEDS IS NOW OR NEVER at the College of Health Technology PANKSHIN PROVOST POSITION. but let’s watch with keen interest –

WHY THE PROVOST C.H.T PANKSHIN SHOULD BE GIVEN TO A PRUDENT & SOMEBODY WITH UNQUESTIONABLE CHARACTER.

(1) At about four to five (4-5years) ago the then HOD ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH of the college ran away with the MONEY meant for FINAL YEAR students registration/ index fees, which led to the delay that some of the students could not graduate that very year while some till after one to two years. He succeeded in delaying the destiny of plateau & Nigerian youths which is evil, barbaric inhuman in nature. So sad & sympathetic that many of the students missed job opportunities with the PRIVATE SECTOR,STATE & FEDERAL GOVERNMENT it was a set back to the growth & development of PLATEAU & the nation.

MY QUESTION GOES TO THE PUBLIC what do you think if the same man today is opportune to be the provost of the college don’t we strongly believe that he can bargain the faith of the students in that whole institution for any thing worse to what he practically did in the past years when run to U.K & study masters degree. RETHINK He might even run away this time around with to study P.H.D again with the whole monies generated in the COLLEGE such as new students REGISTRATION FEE, SEMESTER FEES, FINAL YEAR STUDENTS INDEX FEES of the entire college & the internal revenues generated within the institution???
Govt should take not of this to avoid this ugly incident repeating itself on our brothers/sisters who are still students in the same institution. BETTER know that once beaten twice shine,

(2) the same person was not qualified to be Dean environmental health of the college his nomination was strogly rejected because he did not posses the requirement needed and as such the electoral college of his department submitted another candidates name & was approved duely by the management. QUESTION (2) IF HE WAS QUALIFIED HE WOULD HAVE SEEK LEGAL REDRESS FOR HIS RIGHT regarding the rejection of his nomination ??? Toh I Wonder how he will be eligible to be provost of the institution today?

QUESTION (3) has a letter of study live fabricated or manufactured to him, has another attendance showing he did not abscond from duty post PRODUCE for his sake specially? If NO let the law speak justice,equity reality of truth for the commond Nigerian to believe they are in DEMOCRACY.

MY OBSERVATION is on two perspective.
A. the person in questioned holds BSC in health education which is just a related field to HEALTH SECTOR. & just a branch to environmental health, public health is even more related & relevant to health sector. For God sake how on earth can he correct a pharmacist, med lab scientist, Dentist, X-ray & community LECTURERS. which he has no 10% of their professional knowledge. Its the beginning of degrading & compromising competency on education in the health sector & judicial system if such is guaranteed.

B. He was not officially release by the institution to go for further studies even on grounds of study leave without pay??? If he argues why was his salary stop for 1year some months? Why was he queried by the management for absence of duty?? I believe he has no defense answer to this allegations level against him since a legal redress was not seek.

C. its as easy as saying He has no masters Degree because purported abscond from duty post to acquire his personal recognise masters degree in U.K with our fellow brothers & sisters (STUDENTS) money which can never be given acceptance or recognition if the civil service rule is still in existence. again If its true that the civil service rules & regulation is bound on all civil servants without exception then a disciplinary measure should even be serve on him. Also this is because he has no letter of release for study live with pay or study live without pay. Base on this he lacks the qualification to even b screened for consideration of the said position of the PROVOST COLLEGE OF HEALTH TECH PANKSHIN.in accordance with civil service rule & law of morality & his past questionable leadership qualities in environmental department.

REMINDER: I want the people of plateau & residence of plateau ( NON INDIGENES) to recall that the governor of plateau state RT HON SIMON BAKO LALONG ( BANK ALERT) immediately after been sworn in, on the 29th/may/ 2015 THE RESCUE MISSION GOVERNMENT made a pronouncement that its not speaking well of the state leadership if citizens will be battling to seek legal redress in court with its Government. also that all issues will be out of court settlement to promote govt & citizens relationship to also repost confidence in their minds that change they long deserve has truely come to stay. This also lead to the withdrawal of so many individual & general cases against the state govt which also include ,PYC (plateau youth council) that today the body has a legitimate elected REPRESENTATIVES of their choice from the youths constituency.

QUESTION WE WILL ASK as plateau people
1, how comes some body who did not attain screening is appointed in the said position while qualified candidates who attain the screening are denied whether by cancellation of the interview or been afraid/failure to deliver justice to the matter at hand. Let penalties be enacted on any Individual or group of persons who violate the rule his employer. we believe every employer has his do & donts.

MY ADVICE & CONCLUSION.
let the law be bound on all citizens without favour, fear,nepotism,tribalism,pity,religious, & political party differences to avoid setting a precedence of injustice,corrupt & fraudulent leaders going free unpunished & incorporating bad leaders into the system of governance that need prudent personalities.

OPINION: let the institution be govern by people with Doctorate Degree, medical lab scientist & medical doctor who has versatile knowledge of all the causes studied in the college so that proper monitoring of practical and theoretical aspect be well implemented in the institution,who will also promote field excursion to JUTH,PLATEAU SPECIALIST HOSPITALS & GENERAL HOSPITALS (COTTAGE) to keep graduating worthy ambassadors in the health sector for life saving purposes.

A DENIAL OF RIGHT IS AN INVITATION TO FIGHT FOR JUSTICE.

INJUSTICE TO ANY ONE, ANY WHERE IS AN INJUSTICE TO EVERY BODY & EVERY WHERE.

IN YOUR GOD GIVEN POSITION IF FAILED TO STAND BY THE TRUTH TODAY BE READY YOU MUST BE WINCH HUNT BY WHAT U SUPPORTED YESTERDAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECT. I PRAY IT DID NOT AFFECT YOUR CHILDREN IF NOT YOUR GENERATION.
