Burial plans for Late Senator GNS Pwajok released

Burial plans for Late Senator GNS Pwajok have just been released by his family.

In a statement signed and released to ViewPointNigeria by the spokeman of the late senator, Mr. Chuwang Dungs, it said “The Lo-bard family of Du wishes to inform the general public that the body of late Senator GNS Pwajok, will be laid to rest on Friday 13th November 2015 at his residence, Nyam Shom close, Atiku Street Rayfield Jos. A service of songs will be held on Thursday 12th November at Waye foundation, Duwei. Full details of this programme of events will be released in due course”.

The statement also went to say “we as a family wish to appreciate all the outpouring of emotions, solidarity and prayers since the demise of our son. We however wish to appeal to the general public that at this time of grieve, the pain of this tragedy should not be compounded by actions and spreading of rumours that can only inflame the mood of the family and many of the late  Senator’s associates and followers”.

Addressing some of the rumours being peddled in jos, the statement read “In this regard, the  family wishes to re-emphasise  that our son died of Heapatocellular Carcinoma and has at no time donated any organ of his body to anyone as it’s being said in certain quarters.

“As Christians, we believe it was the will of God and we will continue to believe and submit to His will.”

In closing, the family said “We therefore appeal to the general public and the media to please verify all information before accepting and circulating -especially in the light of other rumours peddled that the late Senator Pwajok’s  mother collapsed and passed out, on hearing the news of her son’s demise”.

“We therefore appeal to these rumour mongers to respect our wonderful son and brother’s memory and feel compassion for the family at this agonizing time. We equally request all to let his soul rest in peace”.
