Beautiful Gate Handicapped People center Jos, today donated 20 wheelchairs with 10 white cane to people living with disabilities in Zul Village of Bauchi state.
According to the Chief Executive Officer and founder Beautiful Gate Handicapped People Center, Chief Ayuba Burki Gufwan who was ably represented by the Chief admin and Account of the Foundation Mr. Diamond Chidozie “People living with disabilities usually go to beg on the street because they have different problems even with their great talents. He added that we do offer this gift free for people living with disabilities to enable them go to school or learn trade which will grant them financial independence”
Presenting the items, Mr. Chidozie urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the wheelchairs and white cane.
Earlier, the founder and CEO Community and Rural Life Enhancement Initiative (CREI) Evangelist Bitrus Dasar said the mission of the foundation is to support and assist people living with disability in the rural community.
He added that the foundation is a non governmental organisation and Zul Village of Bauchi is one of the Communities that benefited from the collaboration between CREI and Beautiful Gate through the free distribution of the white canes and wheelchairs to persons living with disabilities in the community.
The Village head of Zul His Royal Highness Dsp Danjuma Chiroma Rtd, who was represented by Yohanna B Guntusa Dan Majen Zul thank the Directors of Beautiful gate Handicapped People Center and the CEO Of CREI for coming to the aid of his people.
The royal father charged the beneficiaries to emulate from the CEO of Beautiful Gate Handicapped People Center who is also physically challenged but has impacted in the lives of many people.
He said “this is a special gift to help you as individuals to be productive, to help yourself and stop begging on the street.” Now as you go please make sure you continue to pray for these organisations for God to bless them with more resources and wisdom so that they will continue to touch lives of positively “.
Similarly, Mallam Yau Maina Chairman of people living with disabilities who also benefited from the kind gesture appreciated both organisations and prayed for more open doors and unending blessings, he also charged the beneficiaries to used the gifts to better their lives and that of the community.
