The Eyewei the 5th of Azuzuama, Southern Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa State, His Royal Highness Dr Selky Kile Torughedi has called for unity across Nigeria, this according to him would lead to purposeful leadership.

HRH Dr Selky made this known at the 3rd Anniversary Celebration of the ascension on the throne of the Emir of Zazzau, HRH Ambassador Ahmed Nuhu Balami which held in Zaria, Kaduna State on Friday 6th October 2023.

HRH Dr Selky thanked the Emir and People of the Zazzau emirate for the warm reception he and his entourage received when they arrived Zaria, Kaduna State for the celebration.

HRH Dr Selky congratulated the Emir of Zazzau on the occasion of his 3 Years Anniversary since his ascension on the throne as the Emir of Zazzau and wished him long life and prosperious reign.

The Southern Ijaw Monarch used the opportunity to commensurate with the Emir of Zazzau, HRH Ambassador Ahmed Nuhu Balami and the people of Zazzau Emirate over the unfortunate Mosque collapse which led to the the death of scores. He prayed for the repose of their souls.

While responding, the Emir of Zazzau, HRH Ambassador Ahmed Nuhu Balami thanked the Eyewei the 5th of Azuzuama, Southern Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa State Dr Selky Kile Torughedi for traveling all the way from the South to celebrate with him and to commensurate with him and his people over the unfortunate incident that claimed lives and prayed for safety for him and his entourage as they return home.
