Recall that some couple of weeks ago, the leader and captain of ‘Blazing the Trail’ movement, attended the opening ceremony of the football tournament he co sponsored in Zawan, Jos south LGA, where he promised to support the tournament and attend the grand finale in person.

Today, in keeping to his words, Kumwen Walshak Musa attended the grand finale amidst cheers and jubilation where he gave gifts to deserving teams and personalities. 

Kumwen who led a high powered delegation to the grand finale said he did that because of the importance attached to the tournament given its positive impact on the lives of the Youths who are his constituents.

Among the delegation was the P.A to the honorable commissioner for Youth and Sports Plateau state, who also gave gifts to deserving teams and personalities in representation of his boss.

The gifts donated to deserving teams and personalities by the forefront aspirant for the position of the Public Relations Officer in the next Plateau Youth Council dispensation, include; 10 tickets to watch Plateau United continental matches and an undisclosed cash donation to the first, second and third positions.

The P.A to the honorable commissioner for Youth and Sports equally gave 20 tickets with five each to the first, second and third positions and the organizers of the tournament. 

Highlights of the grand finale was the exchange of pleasantries where the captain and leader of ‘Blazing the Trail’ movement saluted Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos, Hon. Pwakim Augustine and other dignitaries in attendance.
