The President of the United Nations Youth Assembly representing North Central Region Amb. Dewan Kudangbena Gabriel has risen his voice in total condemnation of the recent kilings in Bassa and Barkin Ladi Local Government Areas of Plateau state by suspected herdsmen. It would be recalled that some heavily armed gun men attacked Wereh Village, Ropp District some days ago and a former head of service Da Moses Gwom and two others including a soldier were killed. This is in furtherance of the bloody and most brutal attacks in the history of Plateau state. Amb. Dewan further calls on security officers to ensure the arrest and prosecution of the perpetrators to serve as a deterrent to others with sinister motives. In the same token, Amb. Dewan calls for calm and unity in order to find solutions to the problems plaguing Plateau state.
