Just like the Biblical Samaritan who returned to thank Jesus for his healing, Solomon Agwom from Jos East was empowered by Member Representing Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos through Agricultural Empowerment program with an Irrigation water pump machine a few months ago returned with his dry season farm produce to show appreciation to the lawmaker.

Hon. Bagos who couldn’t hide his joy after receiving the gift from Agwom which include a basket of tomatoes, and bags of cabbage said the action of Solomon Agwom has encouraged him to continue to do more for his constituents.

“Iam indeed happy with what one of my constituents Solomon Agwom has done, this has encouraged me to know that empowering my people is very important, what Solomon has done has also revealed evidence that when farmers are empowered it will reduce poverty in our communities, my constituent has shown faithfulness by not selling the Pump machine, but make use of it to generate wealth.
