Social activist and good governance advocate, Comrade Zendi Mikuk was over the weekend conferred with an excellence award by the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS).

Conferring the award, NANS special duties Vice President, Comrade Attah Felix extolled the virtues of Comrade Zendi Mikuk, calling him foresighted, visionary and a-tuned to youth development and social advocacy. Speaking, he said “the National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS is proud to be conferring such a meritorious honour on this honourable gentleman, in the belief that it will spur him to bigger and better things ahead”.

Receiving the honour, Comrade Zendi Mikuk expressed happiness to be found worthy of such a recognition, saying he was humbled, encouraged and spurred. He stated that his guiding principle is that of service, inclusion and development and as such will continue to work in that regard.

With regards appeals for him to contest the Pankshin, Kangke and Kanam Federal Constiutency seat, Comrade Zendi Mikuk – confirmed that he has decided to throw his hat in the ring and will be oiling his machineries imminently.
