The wives of the management committee chairmen of the LGAs in Plateau State have donated relief materials to Stephanos foundation IDPs at Zang Commercial secondary school in Bukuru to mark Democracy Day in Plateau State.

Presenting the item, the chairperson of the group and wife of the management committee chairman of Shendam Mrs. Regina Na’antuam, encouraged the IDPs about remaining steadfast and resolute in the hope that things will improve and that they will get a chance to return back to their homes.

Also speaking, wife of the management committee chairman of Jos South LGA, Mrs Antonia Pwakim said they will continue to assist the IDPs and called on well meaning Nigerians to continue to come to their aid.

On his part, founder of the Stephanos foundation, Mr Mark Lipdo appreciated the visit. He thanked the visitors for showing love to the less privilege, saying Plateau people have been supportive to them.

Chairman of the Zang commercial secondary school Bukuru, Mr Adamu Yuhanna promised to judicially utilized the items and prayed God to bless the donors.

Items donated include; bags of rice, Indomie Noodles, Sugar, Salt, Toiletries and Seasoning cubes among others.
