Hours after the fire that gutted the power plant at JUTH Lamingo in the early hours of yesterday 21/02/2022. The acting CMD Dr. Pokop Bupwatda was sighted by Viewpoint Nigeria’ reporter early this morning around 8: 00 am working with the electricians to provide another source of power for the smooth running of the Hospital.

a . Theater activities for the sustenance of all booked surgical procedures.

b. Some key laboratory investigations to ensure quality services

.c. Storage conditions of drugs, hemacels and other thermolabile Pharmaceuticals for maintenance of potency.

VPN also gathered that dedicated staff who went into coma from CO poisoning is currently at the ICU recuperating.

As of the time of filing this report clinical activity is going on in the accident and emergency unit while other clinical services are running concurrently
