The Leadership of a Plateau group; YOUNG ENTERTAINERS SUPPORT GROUP (Y.E.S.G) which is known for its support for entertainment activities and pursuit for good Governance has lauded the efforts of the Tourism Governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Dr Simon Bako Lalong, the Executive Governor of Plateau State and Chairman Northern Governor’s forum, for accepting the hosting right for the 2020 National Festival for Art and Culture (NAFEST).

“The ability of Plateau state government to accept the hosting right for 2020 NAFEST have clearly shown their commitment towards promoting National Peace and Unity”.These efforts clearly shows that the SBL led administration has undoubtfully achieved one of its 5 points agenda; which is restoring ans sustaining peace and Unity. NAFEST Jos, which is aimed at promoting National Peace and Unity, Cultural display,Art’s exhibition,etc is set to start with a welcoming opening ceremony tomorrow by 10am at Rwang Pam Township Stadium, which clearly signifies that the Home of peace and Tourism which was shattered years ago by series of crisis and civil unrest has now returned to it’s rightful position through regaining its lost glory.
A Kudos also goes to the workaholic Commissioner For Tourism, Culture and Hospitality Plateau State ,Hon. Tamwakat Weli for her relentless efforts in making sure that the Tourism and Cultural potentials in the state are well harnessed and explored for the world to see the uniqueness of our Culture and Hospitality.

Moreso, Plateau state Government In Synergy with the National Council of Art and Culture, headed by the Director General, Otunba Olusegun Runsewe is ever ready to give our guest/participants the Best of tourism,Art, Culture and Hospitality. Hence ,we urge all participants to Feel relaxed and enjoy the wonderful Recreational centers and rich Cultural values in the the state.
