The Member, Representing Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Rep. Dachung Bagos paid a condolence visit to the family of Late. Sen Luka Gwom, Gwom Chomo Kabong, whom before his death was the first Chairman of Langtang South Local Government as well as one-time President of Berom Educational & Cultural Organisation ( BECO)
In a statement signed by Danja-Yaks Dafwam, a Special adviser on Media and Publicity to Rep. Dachung Bagos says
“An iroko tree in Berom land has fallen, His legacies will never be forgotten,” Rep Bagos said in eulogy the late Gwom Chomo.
On behalf of the family, Da Gyang Nyam appreciate the Honourable member for the visit as well as sharing in their grief.
Ngo Monica Gwom, the deceased wife also recalled how Late Musa Bagos, father of Hon Dachung Bagos and Late Sen Luka Gwom worked humorously together. “Your father was the first to read Berom news,” she recalled. “His death is a divine mantle, I’m excited that he is with God and I appreciate your coming so quick.”
