Hon. Bitrus Kaze presented with meritorious award by the Plateau Assoc. London

Sagacious and astute politician, Hon Bitrus Kaze has been honoured by the Plateau State Association, UK for his distinguish and exemplary leadership/representation at the National Assembly.

Presenting the award to Honourable Kaze in London, the President of the Plateau State Association, UK – Mrs Josephine Ibrahim extolled Kaze’s virtues as a fearless, dedicated and forthright politician of rare pedigree.

Also speaking at the ceremony, several Plateau sons and daughters took turns to eulogize and commend Hon Kaze for his stellar representation, at a time when Plateau state needed him the most. They recalled his staunch defense of Plateau and its people during the dark days of attacks and killings by herdsmen between 2007 – 2015.

Receiving the award, Kaze said he was immensely humbled that an honourable institution like PSA UK, finds him worthy of such an honour. He expressed appreciation for the gesture and averred that such an honour serves to consolidate his resolve to serve Plateau with renewed vigour.

He reflected on his time at the National Assembly – saying his drive for justice and equity is predicated on the thirst and hunger for service that God his blessed him with.

Hon. Kaze is picking up the award at this time, because he was unable to make the earlier award ceremony hosted by the Plateau State Association, UK in November 2017.
