Following the successful screening of the Commissioner Nominees by the Plateau State House of Assembly after receiving same from the State Governor, the Nominees have been sworn in. Three Permanent Secretaries whose appointments were approved by the Governor were also sworn in by the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong today Thursday 1st March, 2018 at the New Government House Little Rayfield Jos, Plateau State.
The New Commissioners were also assigned portfolios as shown below:
1. Engr. David J. Wuyep – Ministry of Water Resources and Energy
2. Mr. Bot Bulus – Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development
3. Mr. Dakur Jude Eli – Ministry of Education (Secondary)
4. Mrs. Elizabeth Wapmuk – Ministry of Education (Higher)
5. Mr. Dan Manjang – Ministry of Science & Technology
6. Dr. Kuden Kamshak Deyin – Ministry of Health
7. Barr. Chrysanthus T. Ahmadu – Ministry of Justice
8. Mrs Anna Talatu Izang – Ministry of Women Affairs & Social Development
9. Mr. Luka Madaki – Ministry of Housing
10. Mr. Pam Botmang – Ministry of Works
11. Alh. Nazif Moh’d – Ministry of Transport
12. Barr. Festus Fuanter -Ministry of Lands & Survey
13. Mr. Yakubu Dati – Ministry of Information & Communication

The Permanent Secretaries also sworn in are; Mr. Isaac Maram, Mrs. Larai Ibn Shuaibu Adamu and Mrs. Mary Ishaya Afan.
The Governor charged all those sworn in to work towards the actualization of the 5 policy thrust of the administration.
