It is with rude shock I received the news of the sudden demise of Dr. Tsenba Bako, the younger brother of his Excellency Governor Simon Lalong. His death in the early hours of yesterday the 26th of September 2017 was one tragedy too many. On behalf of the United Nations and my leadership team, I register my heartfelt condolences to the Lalong’s family and the good people of Shendam. It is worthy to note that Dr. Tsemba lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation an I’m optimistic that his legacies will stand the test of time.
