News reaching viewpoint Nigeria indicates that the headquarters of the Nigerian film industry may be moved to Jos, the Plateau State capital. Governor Simon Lalong disclosed this during the visit of one  the Jos grown musical artistes, Ice prince Zamani.

Speaking, Lalong said he had approved the film industry’s proposal to move its capital to Jos.After the Governors address, Ice Prince said he was in the state with his entourage to groom some young musical talents. He added that his visit was also to participate in the annual music show, The Rock.

The governor said his administration would continue to encourage every group that is committed to grooming the youths to promote the entertainment industry.

He explained that he would work hard to realize the dream of making Jos the national home of the film industry.
