A ghastly accident occurred on Jos – Bauchi road yesterday, Sunday 06th March 2016, when an oil tanker (full of petrol cargo), lost control and rammed into an incoming bus filled with passengers.

Scores of people were said to have been burnt to death beyond recognition. Many of the casualties were said to have been travelling from Jos – Plateau.

The tanker driver was said to have survived the inferno.
