The carnage in Bassa LGA has continued unabated with another attack on Dantanko village. In this occasion, five people were killed (a set of twins, their sister and two other citizens).

The night attack occurred on Thursday 8th March 2018 (on the night when President Buhari was visiting Plateau state).

The dead are:

• Emmanuel Joseph – 16 years
• Christopher Joseph – 16 years
• Peace Joseph – 6 years
• Henry Audu – 25 years
• Ila Isa Peter 52 years

Hospitalised are:

• Cenka Amos – 4 years old.

It will be recalled that Friday 7th March 2018 also saw attacks in Josho village of Daffo district where scores were killed and many houses razed.
