2023 GUBER RACE~ BIGGS REMAINS THE POPULAR CANDIDATE

It’s unfortunate that we the young people seem not to be different from the power-drunken old class that have eaten their generation and are still desirous of ours.

So, we think because someone is endorsed by the Mwaghavul house, that means Uhuru right? Let me ask, 2015 Baba Tyoden was endorsed by kapuk, how many votes did he get during the primaries?

I must state here categorically that i’m a staunch proponent of good and responsible governance, age to me is inconsequential so, whether young or old, what matters is the person’s mental capacity, accessibility and acceptability.

Somebody will not just seat somewhere without reaching out and canvassing outside the local Government and expect that when pronounced consensus candidate then, that automatically gives him the ticket.
We must tell ourselves the Truth, this is going to be a very tough contest and if genuinely we desire to be victorious as a people, we must look at the critical issues which are;

  1. Work done by the aspirant so far outside Mangu.
  2. Acceptability of such a candidate outside Mangu.
  3. Based on the sentiments of the times, which basically revolves round security and economy, who best fits the profile and would easily be marketable and salable.
  4. Financial capacity and willingness to maximize that advantage. E.T.C

I wish to call on the conscious Youths and those concern to never allow themselves to be used as straight jackets by desperate politicians, we must look carefully and act dispassionately and not allow some lame and trivial sentiments influence our decisions.

Good news is, by all standards of human assessments and providence, the best candidates in both APC and PDP are Mwaghavul men, we must not allow emotions or hate becloud our sense of reasoning or wisdom in making the final call.

We must always remember that Mangu local Government ALONE cannot decide.
