News available to ViewPointNigeria indicates that 2 youths were murdered in Kpang village of Heipang District yesterday 5^th May 2019 at approx. 8:30pm.

The deceased, Mr James Pam Deme aged 16 years and Favour John Gyang aged 14 were ambushed and killed to suspected marauders. Two other women who were at the time in the company of the deceased sustained fatal injuries and are currently receiving treatment at the Plateau Specialist Hospital, as stated by Mr Rwang Tengwong who spoke to newsmen.

In the same vein, cows belonging to one Mr Datok form Rakpang village were also said to have been rustled, as the attackers stormed for a 20 minute attack on the village with very sophisticated guns and artillery.  

This unfortunately incident takes the total attacks and killings in the last 7 days to 4 and the number of casualties (dead) to 12. It would be recalled that earlier in the week 3 separate attacks were launched in Bassa LGA. With allegations that up to 314 cattle were rustled with the shepherds (2) missing.
