Police Command in Plateau State yesterday said it has arrested one Abel Joseph who allegedly specialised in snatching cars at gun point.

Speaking at a press conference yesterday at the state command , the Police Commissioner, Nasiru Oki said the suspect will soon appear in court as soon as investigation is concluded.

He said eight vehicles had been recovered from the suspects.

Also paraded was one Willam Ezedo, who it was alleged, specialised in stealing generating sets from individuals, companies and in turn sell them to receivers of stolen property.

Oki said the other suspects fingered in connection with the incident were at large. “The other suspects fingered in connection with the incident are at large and efforts are being intensified to arrest them. The case will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded,” he added.
